We visit the customer's site to understand the project requirements and suggest the most suitable washing plant with an optimized layout, including the washing line, boiler, ETP, water drainage, and other auxiliary equipment for maximum efficiency.
We provide a 12-month warranty on machinery, 6 months on electrical components, and a 12-month guarantee on mechanical parts. If any covered part fails during the warranty period, we promptly supply the required spare parts for replacement.
Our engineers supervise installation and commissioning while training the buyer's staff for efficient plant operation. We also provide mechanical, electrical, and process engineering support, and can arrange experienced plant operators and supervisors upon request.
